Non-Resident Fellow, The German Marshall Fund of the United States

Ani Tsintsadze is a Non-resident PDN Fellow at the German Marshall Fund of the United States and the Young Munich Security Conference. Possessing an Advanced Master’s degree from the prestigious College of Europe, she has advanced her expertise in Transatlantic affairs, particularly in the realms of security and defense. Her academic research centers on Russian information warfare within the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.  

As the U.S. Embassy Programs Coordinator in IDP Settlements of Georgia, Ani empowered communities affected by the 2008 Russian annexation of Georgia’s territories. Her outstanding work led to her invitation to the Ambassador Johnny and Mrs. Angie Young Civic Leadership Summit in American University, Washington D.C., where she was recognized as a future change-maker.  

Ani’s professional roles include Junior Operations Expert Assistant for the OSCE/ODIHR mission and Program Facilitator for a U.S. Department of State-funded initiative with IREX International. She is a member of Generation Democracy (IRI), the European Democracy Youth Network (NDI), and the Geneva Center for Security Policy.
