Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia

Vahan Kostanyan serves as the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia. Prior to that, he held the position of the Assistant to the Deputy of the National Assembly of Armenia (2017-2018 ), Head of the First Deputy Prime Minister’s Office of Armenia (2018), Spokesperson of the “Civil Contract” Party (2018-2019), and Assistant to the President of the National Assembly of Armenia (2019). 

In the past, he also acted as the Adviser to the President of National Assembly of Armenia (2019-2021), Assistant to the Foreign Minister of Armenia (2021), and Adviser to the Foreign Minister of Armenia (2021-2023).

He was born in December 1994, in Yerevan, Armenia and studied at the Faculty of Oriental Studies, Yerevan State University.
