An essential aspect of GLOBSEC’s trajectory toward success lies in its origins as a student initiative that has evolved into a significant international platform. Our dedication to involving young professionals has remained unwavering, and we continuously seek ways to enrich this aspect. In 2013, the inaugural GLOBSEC Young Leaders Forum (GYLF) was convened alongside the annual GLOBSEC Forum. This platform afforded young professionals the opportunity to deliberate on pressing global challenges, hone their policymaking acumen, and forge connections with esteemed leaders and experts.

As the premier gathering of its kind in Central Europe, GYLF has evolved into a distinguished assembly of young professionals and decision-makers on the global stage. Through the GLOBSEC Young Leaders Forum, participants engage in both formal and informal dialogues with prominent politicians, policymakers, intellectuals, and researchers.

The GLOBSEC Young Leaders Forum opens the doors for young professionals to immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the concurrent GLOBSEC Forum that will be hosted in Prague, from 30 August to 1 September 2024.
